I was disappointed with the lack of house keeping. I had to call the front desk to get toilet paper. I understand this is under Covid restrictions but having to ask for clean towels and toilet paper is a little ridiculous.
I also booked online on the website, booked a king suite with a view. When we got there we had a double queen, front desk said he upgraded our room to the king but it did not have a view.
Did not say anything until check out and the front desk blamed it on Covid. Date of stay: July Trip type: Travelled as a couple.
